If you are planning an event over three or more days you may find that, because your registration and proceedings start early on day one, some delegates will want to arrive the evening before. Swansea University offers these delegates an extra night's bed and breakfast at a special discounted rate of £10+VAT per person, whatever the type of accommodation booked and subject to availability. The offer runs for all residential conference bookings made between now and the end of 2010.
